Question: Is this dishwasher safe?

Answer: Yes, it does but we do not recommend removing the filter.

Question: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while?

Answer: The water continuously runs. You have to unplug it to turn it off. But it is really quiet. You can’t even tell it’s on.

Question: Is this 304 stainless steel?

Answer: Yes,it is high quality 304 stainless steel and dishwasher safe.

Question: Is this suitable for dogs, bunny ?

Answer: For a single small or medium dog and bunny , it would be great.

Question: Is the water very noisy? Is the pump also noisy?

Answer: Not at all. The pump is not noisy at all and the flow of water is very gentle so it does not make any splashing noise whatsever.

Question: Are there any sharp edges?

Answer: No, there are no sharp edges, it’s safe for pets.

Question: Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain ?

Answer: One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the filter to keep the water clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.

Question: How long does the water last?

Answer: 2L capacity that provides 5-7 days of consumption of a single adult cat and small-size dog.

Question: How often should I clean the drinking fountain?

Answer: We recommend cleaning the water dispenser every two weeks.

Answer: It does have to be plugged in all the time, no batteries.

I have always thought how purr-fect it would be to take my lovely cat to Yellow Stone national park. Now I brought it to her, in our living room. The purr-fect date... or so I thought.A geyser in my living room, without all the killer explosions and skin melting water of course. Happy purr-thday Smokey! She was very paws-ative with her first encounter with the fountain; that she fell in love. The first meow-ment the geyser bubbled into her mouth and onto her small pink tongue was paw-sibly the best experience ever.She was very fur-miliar with water meow-tains, but this one will go down in hiss-tory. Purr-sonally I love it as well and it's very quiet and purr-fectly easy to clean!Un-fur-tunatly for me, she is now getting meow-ried to the fountain. Are you kitten me?!!? After all I have done for her... I do think it's pawsome that she found what she truly loves though. As the other fountain could have ended in a cat-astrophe.Anyways, good luck to you all. This fountain has a quiet operation other than when it needs to be refilled. I actually like that it's a bit louder when it needs more water because there isn't any other indicator to let you know when the water is low. I found that the fountain was quietest when the flow was turned all the way up. I have one cat and the water needs to be replaced every 2~3 days. I would recommend this product.

At first the cats watched the fountain with great suspicion- but slowly they started drinking from it. They love it now!!!!It really isn't loud - at least as far as we can tell. There isn't much of a water trickling sound either, which was a plus. The stream is adjustable, somewhere from an inch from the surface to a little over two! And the build quality is fantastic. Stainless steel with a good amount of water storage. Great secondary source to a gravity water source or as a main water source for a few cats. Would recommend!

This fountain is a major upgrade from the previous one I had. The sleek metal design fits in well with my kitchen aesthetic and the best part is that its dishwasher safe and even comes with a little scrub brush. No more trying to clean the nooks and crannies of a cheap plastic fountain. My cat loves it too!

My cat was immediately intrigued by this and definitely likes to paw at the fountain, but ultimately she enjoys drinking from it. I love the stainless steel and simple pump/filter system. It stays clean and keeps the water cool. Also virtually silent which is great. My other fountain gurgles when the water gets too low and this doesnt. Overall great buy.

As a cat owner of 2 and sometimes more thanks to fostering. I have to fill it almost 2 times a day. They are big time water lovers when it comes to moving water. Ive gone through many fountains now, this one is my favorite so far.Cons:-not enough water filling sometimes twice a day-hard water spots-changing filters every 2 weeks is pushing it.-fountains gets loud when low, (which can be nice if you dont notice)-its low is like at halfPros-love that the extra water is hidden under for cats who like to play in it they cant make a huge mess!-spout and puddle for cats who like either, I personally have both.-stainless! Finally less grimy plastic-ordering filters in a 8 pack makes things cheaper.

My cat is very picky and only likes fresh water. He loves his new fountain! Very easy set up and well made. I am very impressed with the quality. It comes with a filter and you will need to replace it every 2-4 weeks. It also must be plugged in.

The stainless steel pet watering fountain for cats has worked out well for our cat, Tiger. He initially seemed to be afraid of it, but eventually he started playing in it as he always has with his regular watering bowl. Once he was comfortable playing in the water, he started drinking from it and now he prefers it over the watering bowl.The fountain came with all the required parts including one filter. After doing a quick hand-wash, I had to reposition the pump holder and insert the pump with the sponge inside the pump holder. The pump has little suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place and they seem to stick pretty firmly. The last steps were inserting the pre-soaked filter in the filter housing, filling the bottom reservoir, attaching the top to the reservoir and connecting the fountain to the outlet. The entire initial set-up took about 10 minutes.The flow-control in the upper part of the unit is simple to adjust and the maximum setting does not cause unwanted splashes or overflows. I've been leaving ours at the maximum setting at all times. The unit is very quiet. The only time I have noticed it being noisy was when it started to run low on water. All I had to do was pour water into the top and let it run into the bottom reservoir and it was quiet once again.I think this is an excellent product and may even encourage your pet to drink more water. The only potential negative is the need to purchase replacement filters. It's something you need to take into consideration when deciding whether to purchase the fountain.

~2 week after purchase reviewMy time researching a pet fountain that doesn't get "permaslimed" was well worth it!We had one of those plastic flower fountains for a couple years, but we couldn't get it to stay clean. The biofilm from saliva and bacteria seemed to permeate the plastic no matter how vigilant we were in cleaning. We really tried to keep up, but it just held onto slime.Wish I had found this sooner but glad to see my stinko chuggin clean water that I know I can truly keep clean! Stainless steel, y'all!

Love that this water fountain is stainless steel and that the water flow is adjustable. And it doesnt make any noise except for the sound of the water which is honestly a pleasant noise. It has filters that need to be replaced but for the convenience I think its worth it. Its pretty compact too. It comes with a little cleaning brush to help clean around the filter.

This fountain was purchased for a VERY spoiled shop cat. The fountain is indestructible! She has tried every possible way to destroy this water fountain. She stays alone on the weekends and there's been many Monday's that I have come in to find the fountain flipped over, water completely gone!(Don't worry, there's always another bowl of water for her.) The best part is on Monday, I throw the filters away and put everything but the motor in the dishwasher, I check to make sure it's thoroughly clean and we're back in business! She absolutely LOVES this fountain! Best cat purchase yet!!

My cat have a problem with chin acne (follicular keratinization), and my vet recommended that i switch her food bowls and water fountain to stainless steel ones because some cats might be allergic to plastic, and the irregular surface or scratches in the plastic makes them prone to bacterial contamination. So I got this cat water fountain because both the top and the bowl are entirely made of stainless steel, unlike the other ones on the market which only have a stainless steel top. While I already have a quality plastic water fountain from other before which I liked a lot, this one definitely feels more sturdy, anti-scratching, and easier to clean. This water fountain is also extremely quiet.

We've tried a few different fountains from big box stores in the past and returned them for varying reasons like loud pumps, too much water noise, difficult disassembly for cleaning and poor ergonomics. We're thinking this might be the one since it's ticked all of the boxes so far!It's nearly silent so it can be placed in sleeping areas without irritation. The only noise it produces is water noise, no pump noise is audible unless you had your ear up to the side of it. It's a good height with a level dish so your cat doesn't have to crane its neck down into a bucket like some of the other designs. It's super easy to clean and dishwasher safe is a big plus for us.The only con is that the filters seem a bit pricey since they're recommended to be changed every 2 weeks ($12.9 for 4). There are larger filters for other fountains that cost less than these tiny ones do. I'll try to wait for a sale on them or hope the price is reduced but will probably have to buy at least one set at full price. We still think it's worth it for the convenience and ergonomics for our cat.

My kitty now has another source of hydration and I have a peace of mind knowing she has what she needs. Also moving water is fun to play with for her. I like that fountain is metal and it is more resistant to bacterial growth compared to plastic. It can also safely be washed in the dishwasher. We have had it for about 3 months and it has been working well for us. Just change the water and wash the fountain once a week, replace the filter once a month.
