FAQ

Question:Can these be used to wipe around my Chihuahua’s eyes?

Answer:Our wipes are specially formulated for use on paws, bum and body. We recommend avoiding areas like eyes or ears since they tend to be more sensitive.

Question:Would these wipes wipe away Urushiol from dog’s fur if they came into contact with poison ivy?

Answer:Giving your pet a bath in dish detergent should be sufficient in removing poison ivy oils. Keep in mind that dish detergents could very well remove any topical flea/tick meds you might have on your pet. If your pet seems to have had a reaction to poison ivy then I’d contact your Veterinarian, although I have never seen this in my years of working at a Vet hospital. I think you should give your pet a bath rather than using these wipes.

Question:Are the wipes thick and moist?

Answer:Yes. Not super thick, but the are strong. They work well on cleaning my old dogs butt up. Sometimes it takes two ro do the job.

Question:Can these kill bacteria?

Answer:Our wipes are made up of natural ingredients that not only help sooth and moisturize your pup, but take the stink away! However, there are no antibacterial components within our wipes formulation.

Question:Where are the wipes made?

Answer: Our 99% Biobased compostable wipes are made using Lenzing™ Viscose Fibers. Our manufacturing facility is located in China and has exceeded the standards set forth by international organizations required by baby and facial wipes manufacturers. These certifications include: Nordic Swan Ecolabel, ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPc), BCR, GMP, as well as EPA compliance for ensuring the proper disposal of water and wasterwater.

Question: Are these biodegradable?

Answer: Our wipes are compostable!

I loved your sweet promo video & the thought for the environment got me....The size is fine & I tend to stretche one cloth on 2 dogs... Your wipes DO CLEAN?? took a spot off my vest, nicely.But I like a bit more in a dog wipe...the puppies seem to like a sent. I sure do! I notice that they seem happier not to smell like "dog"! They even grab other brand nappies after I'm done cleaning & joyfully play "tug of war" with them... they don't seem to do it with your product.??????The other desire is...Value, I have 9 of them, and I feel w/ your mark up,(on the higher end) it should have an essential oil sent... I can't find any that use pennyroyal, peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree & a couple others that irritate feas & ticks! Dosen't seem like rocket Science to incorporate these sents in a wipe? What's Chamomile even lavender do, except soothe them to lullaby? Ya, right... nine, 6 month olds If only to knock em out so I can sneak up & clip those dam nails!! ??Also, a cloth gentle enough for eyes too..??

I use this product every single day on my dog! He is a mix, so Im not sure what he is at all, but his fur is such that it gets oily/stinky really quick. Instead of bathing him every week, I just wipe him down every night and give him a Greenie treat; its like his nightly bath and teeth brushing! It smells pleasant but not too strong, makes his coat really shiny, and keeps him clean! And my favorite part is that they are more environmentally friendly than alternatives.

I have 2 large senior dogs and bathing them regularly has become a struggle because my back isnt as young as it used to be ??I will never not let my dogs on the sofa or in the bed, so Im able to keep them fresh and dander free in between baths with these wipes! ALSO! I use the lavender scented ones on them before my husband and I have long work shifts away! It has helped keep them calm while were away! ??
