Question: Is this dishwasher safe?

Answer: No,it cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.Please wash it with mild soap and running water,and wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Question: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while?

Answer: The water continuously runs. You have to unplug it to turn it off. But it is really quiet. You can’t even tell it’s on.

Question: Is this 304 stainless steel?

Answer: It is made from high quality 304 stainless steel water tray and food-grade ABS plastic exterior.

Question: Is this suitable for dogs, bunny ?

Answer: For a single small or medium dog and bunny , it would be great.

Question: Is the water very noisy? Is the pump also noisy?

Answer: Not at all. The pump is not noisy at all and the flow of water is very gentle so it does not make any splashing noise whatsever.

Question: Are there any sharp edges?

Answer: No, there are no sharp edges, it’s safe for pets.

Question: Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain ?

Answer: One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the filter to keep the water clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.

I love that it's easy to clean. Initially my cat was afraid of it. I thought I had wasted my $$. After washing it a 2nd time, rinsing the filter longer than the 1st time and removing the spout.....It's a success!! I can't believe I didn't buy this years ago. Saves me time from turning on my bathroom faucet for my cat and waiting around for him to be done. It would be more efficient to put info in the paperwork giving you details on replacement filters or the submersible pump. I recommend this product and give it a ?? .

First of all, this fountain works well and most of our cats seem to like it. We foster cats and have our own cats, and we are pretty picky when it comes to our products because we have been around the block with trial and error.Negatives: Unfortunately, the wrong color arrived, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it wasnt enough of a reason for me to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one. I do wish it was easier to clean, such as dishwasher safe, like our other fountain was. The set up was slightly complicated compared to our previous fountains, but nothing outrageous. I definitely needed the directions, but not a big deal since thats what theyre there for.Positives: I do like that its quiet, and our cats seem to spill the water over the edge less than our previous fountain. Overall, its an aesthetically pleasing fountain, and I think if you follow directions for cleaning and filter use, it is a sustainable product for a multi-cat household. We may even order a second one.My advice: Kidney disease is extremely prevalent in cats, so its imperative that they stay hydrated through moisture from wet food and water consumption. A fountain is a great solution to tackle/prevent this common health issue, and I overall recommend trying this particular fountain.

Its not exactly quiet, it just sounds like a tiny waterfall 24/7. I would still recommend it though because its cute and is getting Reggie to be hydrated which is more important than how much sound it makes!!

I ordered this fountain after my male cat had an emergency vet visit for cystitis (poor kitty!). He really needs to stay hydrated to prevent recurrence so this is perfect! He loves drinking from the fountain and it is SO QUIET. We tried one other fountain and had to return it because the pump was so loud.

I love this fountain! it is quiet and it's easy to see when the water gets low. It encourages my kitty to drink which is perfect because he's prone to bladder crystals. The only con to this water fountain is that it doesn't hold water if the fountain isn't on which means that it has to be running 24-7 or your kitty doesn't have access to the water (it seeps back into the bottom reservoir ). Other than that, I absolutely love it!

I was iffy on buying this since I needed it for my outdoor kitty. I have this water fountain outdoors under our patio and it works great! It does get pretty dirty from the dust and mud the puppies carry around or the grass when the yard is cut, but it's quite easy to clean up. Just keep up with the filter replacements. Tedious to clean, but easy. My kitty was not a fan of it at first and I honestly did not think she would ever use it, but finally after about a month or so I saw her drink from it! Not sure how long she's been using it, but just glad she is. Our dogs use it every time they go outside and they never minded any noise. We have chihuahuas and a pomeranian so they don't have a hard time drinking from it. Not sure how this would go for bigger pets. It is running 24/7 outdoors and I haven't had an issue with it. I definitely recommend this product.

This a decent water dish but does struggle in a few place, I have gone through probably 5 ot 6 of these water fountains trying to find the best fit for me and my cats this came close but missed in a few areas, first I wish it had more attachments that came with the bowl not everyone likes the spouts and with out the out flow was a little splashy on the back end, and would occasionally get noisy, the water capacity was okay, and the filters were fine. Cleaning could be easier there is a lot of areas where bacteria would build up because they were easy to miss while cleaning or hard to get to. otherwise for the price point its a decent pet dish if you are okay getting a more expensive one look at wireless pumps they are a life saver.

Over the years, I have owned numerous cat fountains. This unit is extremely quiet; so quiet I have to listen very carefully to see it is running.

Two, I really like the transparent bowl which permits me to see the water level.

Things I dont like.

It is extremely fiddly to fill. The metal bowl drains rather slowly which means it is likely to overflow during the filling process. I now pick the unit up and put in the the sink before attempting to refill it.

Problem 2. The USB cord needs to be at least 2 feet longer. My outlets are above my kitchen counter and near the edge. The cord is not long enough for me put the fountain on the floor.

Okay so I never write reviews but I absolutely love this water fountain and so do my cats! The product arrived on time in perfect condition and came with instructions that made it super easy to assemble. Once I set it up, I was shocked at how silent this fountain is. Seriously, it is very quiet with only a tiny noise from the trickling water flow. I have only had the fountain for a few days and my cats already love drinking from it way more than from the previous fountain that I had for them. Also, for the price, this water fountain is excellent quality and it looks so fancy without costing a fortune! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean, and elegant water fountain to keep their pets healthy and hydrated.
